For new and existing users, information in this section will help you to deal with some technical matters to help you in using the web site and meditatiion room properly.
As a new user, prior to be able to join a meditation room, you need to create a proper user name and use a valid active email address. Your valid active email address is very important here, because you will need it for many reasons:
1) to receive a confirmation and approval emails regarding your registration
2) to receive password reset infomation in case you forget your user name and password.
3) to receive broadcast emails from Admin for important notifications.
The password reset request is done automatically via the web site with your valid active email address as the key. You are not allowed to create another new user name just because you forget your user name or password to log into the web site. If you forget or lost access to your current email you used when you registered your user name, you do need to email Admin <[email protected]> to change your email address for you. So, to avoid unnecessary activities, please make sure to use your valid active email address when you register your user name.
Prior to contacting Admin when you have a problem in regard to registering your user name or accessing the meditation room, we would recommend you to get help from other user whom you know who have used the web site facilities earlier than you.
Please read more information below.
You can access the meditation room from your desktop or laptop computer (running windows or other operating systems) or mobile devices (like iPad, iPhone or Android phone and tablet or similar devices) as long as you can use web browser on those devices. To join the meditation room, as you will read the text during meditation, it is not recomended to use small screen smart phone. You better use a bigger screen size device to help you to be more relaxed during meditation session.
There are many modern web browsers you can use to register your user name and access the meditation room. It is recommended to install more than 1 web browser in your device, just in case one web browser has a problem with the connection to the web site. Some recommended (have been tested) web browsers to be installed in addition to your default web browser already installed in your device are Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Vivaldi, Slim Browser, Puffin Browser and Torch. Other web browsers that has native flash and HTML 5 support will work fine as well. One new web browser that support Flash content and use cloud technology so it is very fast is Puffin Browser. Please help to suggest a web browser to Admin that you find work well in your device to help other users. Please also join discussion in our General Forum about web browsers for different devices.
The web browsers you use need to support Flash and HTML 5 for the meditation room program to work properly with cookies file set to be enable for this web site. Cookies is a small file used to exchange information between your web browser and the web server to maintain the connectiom. Most modern web browsers have this cookies set to enable upon instalation. But some may need to be enable manually. Please use google search services to find out cookies setting for your web browsers. When you can register your user name sucessfully in this web site, it simply means your cookies setting is set OK for this web site. If you can not register your user name, you need to change the cookies setting on your browser. That is the reason why you should register your user name directly by your self through your own device web browser and not asking Admin or someone else to register a user name for you via other devices.
ADOBE FLASH PLAYER
The meditation room program used in this web site is based on flash technolgy, so you may need to also update your flash player occasionaly. Most web browsers do this upate automatically, but sometimes you may experience connection problem due to the failure of this update. Some web browsers have their own built-in version of flash player and some simply use update from Adobe Flash Player. If you use other web browser than Google Chrome, please visit this web page to update your Adobe Flas Player, just in case you experience problem in accessing your meditation room. Most of the connection problem to the meditation room experienced by existing users in the past are due to failure of this update, not because of the chat server problem.In other word, Admin can not help much as Admin does not have access to your computer or devices.
Just in case you have some problems with your Adobe Flash Player, please try to follow instructions on this web page to troubleshoot.
CHAT CLIENT FOR WINDOWS USERS
If you are using a windows computer and can install a program in your windows device, you have additional way to access a meditation room by using a small program called a chat client. This small program will connect you to your meditation room faster as it will not need you to use a web browser. Additional information about uisng the chat client can be found below in other section of this web page or in our Forum Discussion. At this moment, this feature is only available for windows computer.
In any case, after you already tried to get help from other alumni or users and still can not solve the problem, please contact Admin. Prior to registering a new user name, you may need to read several rules regarding user name. As has been used so far, the valid user name consists of 3 major parts and each part is separated by dot (.) not underscore nor minus sign. The use of dot (.) will also save more space to display user name better as the available display space for user name is very limited. Those 3 major parts are:
Abbreviation of your Country name consists of 2 capital letters. These 2 capital letters are taken from Top Level Domain (TLD) of your country internet code. You can see the list when you register, in personal information section.
Abbreviation of your city (consists of 3 letters, the first one is capital letter) or state or province name (consists of 2 capital letters). When you register, you need to suggest this abbreviation. You use your state or province name when you are staying in big country like USA and Canada where alumni location is distributed in many smaller cities. You use your city name when you stay in the country where most alumni are concentrated in 1 city like in Indonesia and other countries. When your city and country name are the same like Singapore, you may use only country abbreviation without city abbreviation, for example: SG.Rio, instead of SG.Sin.Rio.
Part of your real name. Please DO NOT use aliases or word(s) that is not part of your real name. Admin will change your login user name to use word(s) from your real name. You can not change your user name once it is set or approved by admin.
Examples: Amir Baraja in Jakarta Indonesia will have valid user name: ID.Jkt.AmirB Barry Smith in Ontario Province, Canada, will use CA.ON.BarryS and David Crown in New York State, USA will use US.NY.DavidC. If you use the computer together with your partner, husband or wife you can use for example: US.NC.Ed-Paramjit meaning Ed and Paramjit in North Carolina, USA. Please do not use ~ sign between names as that is considered as an illegal characters in the data base system.
Please note that the maximum number of characters in username is 32 characters, but inside the meditation room only 16 first characters will be displayed. Even though username is not case sensitive when you use it to login, when you create one during registration process, please follow the guideline above regarding capital letters to avoid delay.
1) As the registration processes utilize mostly e-mail communication between your email and admin email, please make sure your spam or junk mail protection systems do not block any email from the admin, that is [email protected]
2) In case you never receive approval e-mail notification (the second email) from admin, after 2 days of your registration day, please use Request new password facility to get your new activation link. Please use your valid active email address you use during registration. Do not use your user name you created during registration as that one may be changed already by Admin.

Please note that you can change your email address if you can still access or login to your account. If you can not access or log in any longer AND forget or loss access to your registered email address, you do need Admin to help you to change email and reset password. Please avoid doing this by using valid active email address when registering user name.

If you are an existing windows computer user, you can install a Flash chat client in your computer to help you access the meditation room faster. Please note that you need to already have a registered user name to access the download program link. There is no similar program for Mac computer user. If you use mobile devices (Android tablet or smart phone, iPhone, or iPad), you can use Flash chat by installing Puffin Browser.
A windows computer user can also install Puffin Browser to access Flash chat and it is very fast and safe as it uses cloud technology.
How to access the meditation room:
1) Login with your user name and password, in the Front Page of the web site, in the MEDITATION ROOMS Block, you have a choice to use either FLASH or HTML5 chat. As much as possible, please use FLASH chat because it has more features than HTML5 chat. If you are using mobile device, to use FLASH chat, it is recommneded to install Puffin Browser.
2) Choose the chat type by clicking FLASH or HTML5 button and a new window will be opened with the list of all meditation rooms you can join.
3) Choose one of the room and enter the room password.
4) Join the meditation room.
Note: The room password can be found in the Forum Menu in its related Forum topic (Room Passwords & Schedules).
To access the Forum, you just need to choose Forum Menu and choose which Forum you are eligible to access. You will only see the Forum you are allowed to access based on your assigned role(s).
Before entering the room, it is very useful and wonderful to do steps to be within your heart or within The Love within your heart, according to your level of workshop/retreat you have attended.
During the meditation inside the room, it is very wonderful if you are letting The Love help you to always be as Divine Instrument of Love.

As our database for alumni is not integrated yet, every time you just finished attended a new workshop or retreat, please feel free to email admin [email protected] to inform about your lastest workshops/rereats you just attended to have new role added to your user name.
For example, after you have atteded your first spiritual retreat, you will be eligible to join the prayer in Masteryoga Room and Soul room. So, you need to email the admin informing the admin about:
1) your user name
2) details about your latest or more advanced workshops/retretas you just attended, when and where.
Please do this as soon as you finished your new/more advanced workshops/retreats and check your roles if it is upgraded already.
